Skin & Bone is a combination gallery and tattoo studio. The gallery will exhibit art and ethnographic handicrafts related to tattooing, while the studio will have Colin Dale tattooing alongside various guest artists throughout the year. Through his years of travelling and tattooing around the world Colin has had the pleasure to meet and work alongside a wide range of tattoo artists and experts working in ethnographic and other specialized styles. Amongst these friends, we have hand-tattooists from Borneo, Polynesia and Japan as well as some of the world's leading artists in Blackwork and Dotwork coming to visit. What Mummies tell us

At the origin of my photographs there is only one question: what is our identity?

"Whether it is approached from the viewpoint of life sciences or cultural productions, what human singularity gives our conscience the ability to apprehend the notion of metaphysics and the abstract?"

Claire Artemyz focuses on the photographic object in its most intimate core. From Neanderthal and Cro-Magnon man’s skulls, to damaged skin from body modification, unveil many mysterious landscapes, shown here, as we have never seen. Landscapes that ask us the same abstract questions under the photographer’s lens: What is thought? What trace does it leave that can be recalled by images?

This research has guided Claire Artemyz, from subject to subject, series to series, to present an unusual course and a radical      approach, avoiding easy provocations despite strong and powerful themes.

Analog photography, based on close-up and specific use of light. Images can reach abstraction and thus meet our own imaginary world.
